Oskar Kowalski

Oskar’s 15+ years of corporate experience span Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Alternative Finance, with deep specialization in capital formation and Merchant Cash Advance (MCA).

In 2017, he co-founded Luxemark Capital (now LM Capital Solutions), one of the first true MCA syndication platforms in the industry. The firm participated in over $500 million in funded advances before being acquired in February 2019 by CCUR Holdings (OTC: CCUR) in a multi-million-dollar transaction.

Following the acquisition, he shifted his focus to advising, structuring, and raising capital for emerging and established MCA companies. As Chief Revenue Officer of Hamilton Consulting, a Puerto Rico–based advisory and capital-raising platform, he has played an active role in sourcing institutional and private capital, building syndication pipelines, and expanding liquidity access for funders across the U.S. and Australia. Through Hamilton Consulting, he continues to advise multiple MCA organizations, guiding their underwriting frameworks, capital strategies, and overall growth initiatives.
