Position

Meir is a pioneer in the receivables-based financing industry and one of its most influential early product architects. As a founding principal of Pearl Capital Business Funding, he helped introduce several product structures and underwriting concepts that have since become industry standards.

With a deep command of underwriting logic, risk behavior, and merchant-cash-flow dynamics, Meir has built a reputation for combining strategic insight with hands-on operational execution. His industry network, product fluency, and ability to translate market conditions into scalable systems form the backbone of Hamilton Consulting’s advisory practice.

At Hamilton, Meir leads major client engagements across underwriting architecture, pricing strategy, and product development. He played a central role—alongside senior technologists—in the conception, design, and iterative scaling of Bizcap’s Line of Credit platform, guiding product logic, risk thresholds, operational workflows, and day-to-day development support.

Today, Meir oversees Hamilton’s global advisory work from its Act-60 headquarters in San Juan, advising lenders across multiple regions on risk discipline, capital formation, and scalable credit-product design.
