Adam Greisman

Adam is a financial-technology veteran with more than 30 years of experience designing, architecting, and delivering systems for high-stakes financial operations. His early career includes senior leadership roles at major institutions—Director of Financial Services Management Consulting at PwC and Vice President at Citigroup—before transitioning into receivables-based financing, where he became Chief Technology Officer at Pearl Capital Business Funding.

Adam’s expertise spans underwriting automation, real-time data integrations, embedded credit products, and large-scale system design. His work has shaped several now-standard product features in the receivables-based financing industry.

He later joined Hamilton Consulting as an engineering lead supporting international clients. There, he was responsible for architecting and building Bizcap’s Line of Credit platform—an innovative receivables-based facility that uses automated underwriting, bank-data monitoring, and high-frequency draw controls to deliver scalable credit access to SMEs. The product now represents a major share of Bizcap’s overall revenue.

Adam works from Puerto Rico and continues to build next-generation credit and risk platforms for Hamilton’s global client base.
